Details
This used Collings SJ was ordered by us in 2003 and is exceptionally clean. The SJ model is Collings’ version of the Small Jumbo, similar to the models that the Everly Brothers played. Unlike their more typical maple back and sides, this one was ordered with Indian Rosewood back and sides, giving it a lot of low-end and lush overtones. This one still has tons of clarity, and the broken-in woodiness you’d expect out of a 23-year-old guitar. This SJ is very clean for its age, and shows only a few small signs of surface level wear. This guitar is a great workhorse and can be used for just about any playing style you can think of. It comes with its original hardshell case.
